Once more winter
settles in and Christmas approaches. The Serenata Singers have prepared a
wonderful evening of music and readings for this holiday season to offer you as
a respite from the dark and rain. In Dulci Jubilo – With Sweet Rejoicing
will fill the candlelit darkness of St. Andrew's United Church with the glorious
music of European Renaissance and Baroque taking us through the story of the
Nativity. We are delighted that our favourite narrator, Brian Murdoch, is
returning this year, and we have a wonderful group of musicians to help make the
music sparkle. And, as always, we will have our famous reception.
So join us on Friday, December 12th. The doors will open promptly at 7:00pm, and the concert will begin at 7:30pm. St. Andrew’s United Church is located at 7756 Grand Street, Mission.
